Our Memory Care Unit accommodates 12 residents with a staff-to-resident ratio of 1 to 6.
Residents in this unit are offered the same services as our personal care residents in private rooms, as well as additional resources and activities, like our Life Skills Stations. These stations are intended to stimulate the memories of those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia or memory impairments, providing varied environments within a controlled and safe setting. Our Memory Care Unit also features extra security measures.
Memory Care provides a safe and secure environment with a familiar setting and structure. Our home offers life stations (above) for the residents to move around freely. We offer private rooms for the residents, allowing them to maintain personalized individual rooms.
